Our first visit will be the fishing village of Canaries- home to its cassava
bread. We will have the opportunity to see the way in which this bread is
prepared and get to sample this treat. Our journey continues to the next
fishing village of Anse la Raye, where you feel this local authentic village
vibe. See the way of life of the people of Anse La Raye. Then we will be
heading to the Rum Distillery- where you will learn about the entire process
of Rum Making and sample all the rum made in Sweet Saint Lucia. Right next
door is the Banana plantation near Roseau Valley. I will give you brief
information on our main export crop. You will have the opportunity to taste
our sweet ripe banana and also view different craft made out of dry banana
leaves. Continuing to the next scenery stop at Marigot Bay. Kodak Moment!
We will drive around the city to learn more about our history. Our final stop
would be the Pigeon Island National Park- famous for our main stage event
venue for the islands Jazz festival. There you have the option of enjoying the
Pigeon point beach. After you do have the option of a local lunch.
